A2: Eavestroughs should be cleaned at least twice a year to prevent clogs and ensure proper water drainage. We offer maintenance services to keep your eavestroughs in top condition.

Q3: Do you offer any maintenance plans for eavestroughs?
A3: We are continually looking to improve our services. While we do not currently offer a maintenance program, it is in our plans to develop one to better assist homeowners. Please check with us as we may have updates available.

Rotten Floor Repair

Q1: How long does a typical floor repair take?
A1: For an average floor repair in Quinte West, it usually takes around 3 to 4 days, depending on the extent of the damage, size, and complexity of the project.

A5: The cost varies as every floor is different in size, materials, elevation, etc. For a small room (10×10) with no complications, it could start at $5000 plus HST at the time of writing.
